My keen interest in Indian Politics has given me an opportunity to present myself as a Political Analyst. In the past nineteen years I have learned and applied both empirical and statistical methods to the study of social phenomena especially transforming our political Institutions and the political behaviour in the politics of India.

P resently working as a Head, Dept. of Political Science Avadh Girls’ Degree College , Lucknow , Have completed My Ph.D., in Dec 2005, Political Science from University of Lucknow in the subject of ‘Role of Regional Political Parties in National Politics during Nineties with special reference to the formation and working of the Union Government in India’.

My keen interest in Indian Politics has given me an opportunity to present myself as a Political Analyst. In the past nineteen years I have learned and applied both empirical and statistical methods to the study of social phenomena especially transforming our political Institutions and the political behaviour in the politics of India.

My work as a Associate Professor is not only confined to academics but also non-academic. I have had the opportunity to bring out my passion for Drama in forefront and have directed many plays like ‘ Ashad ka ek Din’’, ‘Kattahputli’ and ‘Muavze’ etc. I have had the opportunity to compile my College Magazine apart from this Organizing various Workshops, Lectures and Seminar and Conferences are a regular features in my professional life..

My passion is to teach. As a Associate Professor, I have been taking graduate courses in Political Science which has not only widened my horizon of both speculative and critical thinking but also gained experience of working both in a team and individually.
